This policy explains what information Andrew Yedlin LLC, doing business as Tested ("Tested," "we," "us"), collects when you visit tested.agency, how we use it, and the choices you have. If you have questions, email hello@andrewyedlin.com.

Information you give us

Contact form

When you request a consultation, we collect your first and last name, work email, what you need help with, your budget, and your timeline.

Booking a call

If you book a time with us, our scheduling tool (TidyCal) collects your name, email, and the time you choose, plus any answers you provide when booking. If a booking ever requires payment, the payment is handled by our payment processor, and we don't see or store your full card details.

If you subscribe to the Tested newsletter, we collect your email address through our newsletter platform (beehiiv), along with information about where you signed up. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of every email.

Email and other contact

If you email us or contact us another way, we keep what you send so we can respond.

Information collected automatically

When you visit our site, some information is collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies:

Google Analytics tells us how people find and use our site, such as which pages are visited, how long people stay, the general location (city or country), device and browser type, and the site that referred you. We use Google Tag Manager to load it.
Microsoft Clarity shows us how visitors interact with our pages through heatmaps and session recordings, such as clicks, scrolling, and mouse movement. Clarity is designed to hide sensitive information you type, such as email addresses.
Cloudflare Turnstile helps protect our contact form from spam and bots.
Webflow, which hosts our site, may log basic technical information such as your IP address and browser type to deliver and secure the site.

We use this information in aggregate to understand what's working on our site and improve it. We do not use it to identify you personally, and we don't run advertising on our site.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only with service providers that help us run our business, and only as needed for them to do their job:

Our payment processor, if a booking requires payment

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or as part of a sale or reorganization of our business.

Cookies and your choices

Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity use cookies to recognize returning visitors and measure usage. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on. Blocking cookies won't stop you from using our site.

For visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, Microsoft Clarity runs in a limited mode without cookies unless consent is given.

How long we keep it

We keep contact and booking information as long as needed to respond to you and, if you become a client, for the length of our relationship and any period required for legal or accounting purposes. Newsletter subscriber information is kept until you unsubscribe. Google Analytics data is kept for 14 months.

Your rights

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we have about you, correct it, or delete it. Email hello@andrewyedlin.com and we'll respond.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights. If you're in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Quebec, or a US state with a consumer privacy law, this can include the right to object to or limit certain processing, to withdraw consent, to receive a copy of your data, and to complain to your local data protection authority. We won't treat you differently for exercising any of these rights.

Where your information is stored

We're based in the United States, and our service providers may store and process information in the United States and other countries. If you visit from outside the US, your information will be transferred to and processed in the US.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, including relying on established service providers with their own security programs. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

Children

Our site is for business professionals and isn't directed to children under 16. We don't knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

Other websites

Our site links to other websites, including our newsletter site and our ROI calculator. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we're not responsible for their practices.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page.
